The electric air blower price in Pakistan at Punjab Tools is Rs 7,300 to Rs 8,150 for two Dartek 680W models in October 2026. The Dartek 680W Electric Air Blower PBL01-32 is Rs 7,300 and runs at a fixed 16,000 RPM. The Dartek 680W Variable Speed Electric Air Blower & Vacuum Cleaner is Rs 8,150 and adds a speed dial from 8,000 to 16,000 RPM. Both are corded 220–240V tools with a copper-wound motor and a lock-on switch, and on both the nozzle moves to a side inlet for suction, as listed.
The short answer: buy the variable-speed blower if you will clean computers, UPS units, inverters or circuit boards; the single-speed model does workshop dust, AC coils and car drying just as well for Rs 850 less.

Dartek 680W Variable Speed Electric Air Blower & Vacuum Cleaner | Heavy Duty Dust Blower
Single Speed vs Variable Speed: Which Dartek Blower?
PBL01-32 single speed (Rs 7,300): full power, every time
The PBL01-32 has one setting: full speed, listed at 16,000 RPM and 4.0 m³/min of air. Pull the trigger, lock it on and it blasts. For sawdust, metal filings and masonry powder on a workbench, cement dust in a site room, or water on a freshly washed car, that is all you need. There is no dial to knock or wear, and it is the cheaper of the two.
PBL 02-32 variable speed (Rs 8,150): control at the low end
The variable-speed model has the same 680W motor and the same top speed, but the dial takes it down to 8,000 RPM and about half the airflow (2.05 m³/min, as listed). That low end is the reason to buy it:
- Electronics. The listing pitches the low end for gentle dusting of computer motherboards and circuit panels. Full blast spins fans hard; low speed lifts the dust out more gently.
- Indoors. At full power, dust goes everywhere in a room. Turned down, you can clean a computer table or a TV cabinet without coating the curtains.
- AC fins. Less air lets you work closer to the soft aluminium fins with less risk of bending them.
For most homes, the extra Rs 850 is worth it. If you will only ever use a blower at full power in a workshop or outdoors, the PBL01-32 is the same tool for less.
What about the vacuum function?
Both listings describe blow and suction: move the nozzle to the side inlet and the blower sucks instead. Neither listing mentions a dust bag in the box, so treat suction as an extra for small, dry spot-cleaning jobs, not a replacement for a household vacuum cleaner. If suction is your main reason for buying, message us on WhatsApp first and we will tell you how it works in practice.
Practical Uses in Pakistan
Computers, UPS and inverters
Dust is the enemy of anything with a fan and a heatsink, and in Pakistani homes it builds up fast.
- Switch the device off and unplug it. For a UPS or inverter, switch off and disconnect it the way its manual says, and don't open a unit that is under warranty or that you aren't comfortable working on. Blowing through the vent grilles from outside still helps.
- Take it outside or to a balcony. The dust has to go somewhere.
- Hold PC fans still with a finger or a plastic stick so the air doesn't spin them up.
- Start on low (on the variable model) with the nozzle a short distance away, and work from the top down.
The PBL01-32 listing names CPUs, server racks, circuit boards, solar inverters and generator control boxes among its uses.
Split AC outdoor units
Switch the AC off at the breaker. Blow along the fins, not across them, and keep the nozzle back so the fins don't fold over. A blower clears loose dust, fluff and dry leaves well. Greasy or caked grime needs water; our pressure washer price guide covers washing an outdoor unit safely. Do it before the summer rush in March or April and again after dust storms. If you use an inverter AC for heating, the outdoor unit works right through smog season too, so give it a winter clean.
Workshop, carpentry and site dust
Clear sawdust and chips from a circular saw, mitre saw or drill stand, and blow out the motor vents of drills and grinders after site work, because cement dust packed into vents makes tools run hot. Always wear safety glasses and a dust mask, and never blow dust towards anyone else. If you are setting up a woodworking corner, our circular saw price guide has the saws.
Car interiors and drying after a wash
Blow dust out of the AC vents, seat rails, door pockets and console seams, then vacuum it up. After a wash, blow water out of mirrors, grilles, badges and door handles so it doesn't drip and streak. Both listings mention drying car interiors, and the PBL01-32 listing also mentions clearing dirt out of engine compartments.
Motorbikes after washing or rain
Blow water out of the engine fins, chain, switch housings and headlight and meter seams. The bike dries in minutes instead of sitting wet, which is welcome in monsoon. Lube the chain once it is dry.
Solar panels: dry dust only
After a dust storm, light dry dust can be blown off panels you can reach safely from the roof surface, without dragging grit across the glass with a cloth. A blower won't shift smog film, bird droppings or dried mud spots; those need water and a soft brush. Read our solar panel cleaning guide before you go up, and keep the cable where it can't trip you.
Using an Air Blower Safely
- Glasses and a mask, every time. A blower lifts fine dust straight into your face.
- Never point it at people, pets or your own skin. Air at this speed can drive grit into eyes.
- Release the lock-on switch before you put the blower down or pull the plug.
- Keep the air inlet clear of cloth, plastic bags and loose paper while it runs.
- Mind the voltage. Both listings exclude motors burned by extreme low voltage or phase drops from the warranty. If your lights are visibly dim, wait for the supply to recover, and use a proper socket rather than a thin extension reel.
- Not on a home UPS. Most are sized for fans and lights, not a 680W motor. Use mains power.
- Rest it on long jobs. If the housing gets hot, let it cool, and blow out its own vents now and then.
Our power tool safety guide covers the rest of the basics.
Air Blower, Heat Gun or Pressure Washer?
| Tool | What it does | Use it for | Price at Punjab Tools |
|---|---|---|---|
| Dartek 680W air blower | Moves room-temperature air | Dust, fluff, drying | Rs 7,300 – 8,150 |
| 2000W heat gun | Very hot air from a narrow nozzle | Paint, vinyl, heat-shrink, PVC | Rs 4,800 – 5,000 |
| Pressure washer | High-pressure water | Mud, caked grime, AC coils, floors | Rs 14,000 – 21,000 |
Heat guns are often sold as "hot air blowers", and their listing titles say so, but they are not dust blowers. Air at several hundred degrees will damage a computer, not clean it. Our heat gun price and uses guide explains what they are for.
Our Recommendation
- Homes, IT work and electronics: the Dartek 680W Variable Speed Air Blower at Rs 8,150, for the low setting.
- Workshops, carpenters, AC fitters and car detailers: the Dartek PBL01-32 at Rs 7,300, which runs flat out all the time anyway.
- Full car care: pair either blower with a pressure washer, and add a short spray gun for wheels and arches.
With the electric air blower price in Pakistan under Rs 8,200 for either model, the choice comes down to whether you need the speed dial. Both ship nationwide from Lahore with cash on delivery, and you can compare them side by side in our air blower range.
