Get Authorization
We'll provide a return authorization code and detailed instructions within 24 hours.
Ship It Back
Pack the item securely in original packaging and ship it to the provided address.
Receive Refund
Refund processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Tools that have been used on a job site or show signs of wear
- Consumables like drill bits, saw blades, or grinding discs (if opened)
- Clearance or final sale items marked as non-returnable
- Items without original packaging, manuals, or accessories
- Products with tampered or removed serial numbers
REFUND METHOD
Refunds are issued via bank transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash — whichever is most convenient for you.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the tool was defective out-of-the-box, damaged during shipping, or an incorrect product was sent.
In case of defective or damaged tools, we highly recommend pursuing a replacement or warranty claim instead of a refund, subject to stock availability.

Please inspect your power tools upon delivery. If you notice any damage or receive a wrong item, contact us within 24 hours with photos for the fastest resolution. We strongly recommend recording a video while unboxing your power tools for your protection.
