The Hilti machine price in Pakistan at Punjab Tools runs from Rs 7,000 for a budget SDS Plus rotary hammer to Rs 17,000 for the Dartek 02-26R, with the Mokito 0810 breaker (chipping only, no drilling) at Rs 12,000 (October 2026). If you need holes in concrete plus some chipping, buy a rotary hammer. If you strip tiles and plaster or chase walls all day, add the breaker.

The "26mm" or "28mm" in a machine's name is its maximum listed hole size in concrete. The three modes on every rotary hammer here are drill only, hammer drill, and chisel only.

Drilling, Chipping or Demolition: Match the Machine to the Job

People ask for a "Hilti", a "chipping machine" or a "breaker machine" when they mean three different jobs.

Drilling means anchor bolts, AC brackets, wall plugs in RCC, and through-holes for pipes and cables. That is a rotary hammer in hammer-drill mode. A breaker cannot drill at all.

Chipping means jhari (chasing channels for conduit and pipe), knocking off a few tiles, or cleaning plaster from a patch of wall. A rotary hammer in chisel mode handles this. The GBM 2-26 RE and MAX listings describe their chisel mode as being for light demolition work, so it suits the odd channel or a small bathroom, not a whole floor.

Demolition means stripping every tile from a bathroom or kitchen, removing plaster from whole rooms, or chipping concrete edges and thin slabs. That is breaker work. The Mokito 0810 is listed for wall chasing, tile and plaster removal, and light concrete demolition, with a metal gear housing and a lock-on trigger for long chipping sessions.

SDS Plus vs 17mm Hex: Bits and Chisels

The bit fitting decides which accessories you can use, so check it before you buy chisels.

  • SDS Plus is used by all five of our rotary hammers. Bits and chisels push in and lock without a key, and SDS Plus masonry bits and chisels are sold in hardware markets across Pakistan.
  • 17mm hex is used by the Mokito 0810. Its listing says it takes standard 0810 hex chisels. SDS Plus chisels do not fit it, and hex chisels do not fit an SDS Plus chuck.

What's in the box changes the real cost. The Dartek PRH15 comes with three SDS bits, a pointed chisel and a flat chisel. The Mokito 0810 comes with a pointed and a flat chisel. The others come without bits, and we don't currently sell SDS Plus bits separately, so budget for a few bits and a chisel from your local market.

Put a small dab of grease on the shank end of SDS bits and chisels. It reduces wear in the chuck.

What the Extra Money Buys

Rs 7,000 to Rs 7,500: GBM 2-26 RE and Hilti Style HL2-28. Both list copper winding, three modes, SDS Plus and variable speed. The GBM lists 2.7 J of impact energy and reverse; the HL2-28 lists the largest capacity in our range at 28mm. Neither listing gives a wattage. Both listings say spare carbon brushes and switches are readily available. These suit electricians, plumbers and AC fitters drilling a few holes and cutting short channels each day.

Rs 15,000: Dartek PRH15 and MAX 26mm. The PRH15 is a ready-to-work kit: bits, chisels, a spare carbon brush set, a depth gauge, a KN95 mask and a carrying case. The MAX comes with a 360° side handle and a depth stop rod, and the local market often calls it a 26mm "Hilti machine". Pick the PRH15 if you're starting from nothing, the MAX if you already own bits.

Rs 17,000: Dartek 02-26R. It has the highest listed figures in our rotary hammer range: 1050W, 4.5 J of impact energy, 4,500 blows per minute and 940 RPM, in a die-cast aluminium gear housing. More energy per blow means faster holes in hard concrete and less pushing from you. This is the one for contractors who run a machine all day.

The Mokito 0810 breaker (Rs 12,000) sits outside this ladder. It isn't a better or worse rotary hammer; it's a different tool that only chisels.

Before You Buy: Warranty, Voltage and Spares

Warranty. The MAX, Dartek 02-26R and Mokito listings state a 7-day checking warranty covering motor function and switch operation. Carbon brushes are treated as wearing parts, and armatures burnt by extreme low voltage or phase drops are not covered. Read the warranty section on each product page.

Voltage. That warranty note matters in Pakistan. When the lights dim and fans slow down on a summer evening, the voltage is too low for a heavy motor like these. Stop and wait, or work from a properly sized generator. A home UPS is not built for these machines.

Extension leads. A long, thin extension starves the motor and heats it up. Use a thick copper lead and unroll it fully.

Dust and heat. Concrete dust gets into vents. Blow them out after each job, and give the machine breaks during long chipping sessions in summer. Wear a mask and safety glasses; our power tool safety guide covers the rest.
